Kindred Stitch Custom Typeface

This project was completed as part of my undergraduate Typography III course, where we were tasked with creating a typeface within a 8 bit grid. Through this we were tasked to research how past typographers and studio have made letters and symbols within such a small grid.

I noticed the layout of cross stitch and how there is already an established grid so I decided to pursue a cross stitch inspired font.
